By booking or attending any driving lesson or test preparation, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Services are available to holders of a valid Victorian Learner Permit or equivalent authorised overseas permit.
A standard lesson is 60 minutes including briefing, in-car instruction, and debrief.
Lessons start at the pre‑arranged pickup point and time. If you’re late, your instructor will wait up to 15 minutes before ending the session early, but full payment still applies.
Cancellations require ≥24 hours’ notice to avoid penalty. Short‑notice cancellations (<24 hrs) incur either a:
$40 late‑cancellation fee, or
loss of that session if prepaid.
Rescheduling also requires 24 hours’ notice. Reschedule <24 hrs before incurs the same penalties.
No‑shows are charged the full lesson fee.
Lesson packages must be prepaid in full before the first lesson.
Packages valid for 12 months from purchase. Once activated (first lesson used), remaining lessons must be completed within 4 months.
Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable after activation.
Cancellation within 7 days of purchase is possible for unused packages, minus a 20% cancellation fee and any applicable admin charges.
Test-preparation packs require activation within 12 months and completion within 4 months of first lesson.
A final 60-minute lesson on the test day is mandatory.
Driving test fees (e.g., VicRoads) are separate and payable by the student.
Test packs are non-refundable, non-transferable; missed appointments with <48‑hour notice may incur full fees.
We accept payment via PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX. A 2.4% surcharge applies to all card transactions.
Cash or direct deposit may be available upon request.
Price changes may occur for future bookings; current bookings honor the rate at the time of booking.
You must display your current permit during lessons.
Suitable footwear (flat, enclosed shoes) is required.
You must follow all instructor instructions and behave responsibly.
If deemed unfit to drive (e.g., under influence, unsafe behaviour), the instructor may terminate the lesson—fees still apply.
You’re liable for any damage to the instructor’s vehicle beyond normal wear-and-tear.
Any traffic infringements or mechanical issues during lessons are your responsibility.
For booking errors, refunds are available within 7 days minus a $10 admin fee.
No refunds for packages or tests once the first lesson has been used.
Refunds are processed within 7 working days.
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided at least 30 days in advance.
By continuing to use our services after changes take effect, you agree to the revised Terms.

All lesson materials, training content, and intellectual property remain the property of Driving School Near Melbourne.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
Any disputes must be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
